Job Overview:Ford Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesales & Retail Finance Analyst to join our Sales Planning and Distribution team. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing and optimizing strategic financial partnerships with banks and financial institutions that facilitate both wholesale funding for our dealer network and retail financing solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the rollout and ongoing management of these new finance alliances, ensuring seamless day-to-day financial operations, and developing key performance indicators to monitor and enhance our finance business in Vietnam. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of both the financial services sector and the automotive industry's unique funding nuances. Job Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Partnership Management & Support: - Manage and cultivate strong working relationships with established banking and financial partners to optimize robust wholesale and retail funding solutions for Ford Vietnam and its authorized dealer network. - Collaborate with relevant departments to support the implementation and ongoing management of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all stakeholders.- Act as a key liaison between Ford Vietnam, established financial institutions, and dealers for all finance-related initiatives and product offerings.- Support the launch and staggered rollout of new finance alliances across the Ford dealer network (expected by Q1 2026), working closely with partners and dealers to ensure successful adoption and operation. Wholesale Finance Operations & Support:- Collaborate closely with the Day-to-Day Wholesales team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of funds for dealer vehicle purchases from the manufacturing plant- Monitor and track dealer fund availability, proactively addressing potential issues and facilitating timely wholesale transactions.- Manage and resolve complex funding challenges, including allocation adjustments due to specific customer demands, quality-related vehicle swaps, or temporary fund availability problems for individual dealers.- Conduct periodic financial audits of dealer funding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.Retail Finance Program Implementation:- Develop, promote, and implement comprehensive retail financing programs for end-customers through our dealership network, aiming to provide a convenient "one-stop solution" for car loans.- Work with partner banks to create competitive and attractive loan offers, promotions, and flexible financing options for Ford customers.- Equip dealers with the necessary training, tools, and support to effectively present retail finance options and process customer loan applications.Performance Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting:- Design, implement, and continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both wholesale and retail finance activities.- Generate and distribute regular reports on wholesale funding status, retail finance penetration, competitive landscape analysis (from a finance perspective), and other relevant financial metrics.- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement:- Work effectively with internal Ford teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure alignment and support for finance initiatives.- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall dealer and customer experience related to funding- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports:- Daily Wholesales tracking report- Daily Wholesales payment status report - Daily shipping report- Monthly Stock deck/ Aging stock report- Monthly cleaning industry sales data (VAMA, CBU, Registration data)- Monthly conduct Dealer sales data auditing- New car contract for FVL Employee
