I. Mục tiêu công việc:1. Thực hiện và hoàn thành kế hoạch thu hồi nợ được giao trong từng thời kỳ, hỗ trợ vào việc hoàn thành kế hoạch thu hồi nợ chung của Phòng và Công ty. 2. Đảm bảo nghiệp vụ thu nợ tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ của Khối Dịch vụ Vận hành. 3. Phối hợp với ngân hàng để hỗ trợ khách hàng vay vốn & giải ngân đúng hạn. 4. Đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy chuẩn, quy trình về dịch vụ khách hàng nhằm tăng trải nghiệm và sự thuận tiện cho khách hàng; II. Nhiệm vụ:1. Theo dõi & thu hồi các khoản công nợ đến hạn/quá hạn của khách hàng. 2. Thực hiện lập Thông báo thanh toán & Xác nhận thanh toán cho Khách hàng đúng hạn, đúng theo biểu mẫu phê duyệt. 3. Thực hiện nhắc nợ thông qua hình thức điện thoại, email, tin nhắn theo đúng quy trình thu hồi công nợ của Khối Dịch vụ Vận hành để yêu cầu Khách hàng thanh toán công nợ trong hạn. 4. Đề xuất, trình Cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt về phương án xử lý nợ xấu do nợ quá hạn. 5. Triển khai quy trình phối hợp với Ngân hàng liên kết để cập nhật, theo dõi hồ sơ vay vốn và tiến trình giải ngân của ngân hàng. 6. Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát, trình ký, đóng dấu các Thỏa thuận phong tỏa tài sản, Thỏa thuận hỗ trợ lãi suất và bàn giao hồ sơ cho Ngân hàng/DC. 7. Phối hợp với Bộ phận Thủ tục, ngân hàng, đại lý trong việc hỗ trợ khách hàng chuyển đổi hình thức thanh toán (nếu có) 8. Xử lý các khiếu nại, khiếu kiện, thắc mắc của khách hàng liên quan đến các khoản thanh toán. 9. Lập Báo cáo thu tiền và/hoặc các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu 10.
