1. Legal Internal Check & Compliance Control- Review and control all legal documents, licenses, permits, approvals, and business-related papers of the company.- Provide legal advice for business operations, expansion plans, leasing activities, and new commercial projects.- Develop, update, and monitor internal compliance policies to ensure alignment with legal regulations and corporate standards.- Oversee retail-related compliance matters, including promotion registration, advertising, in-store events, construction/renovation permits, food safety, and fire safety procedures.2. Legal Affairs & Corporate Compliance- Review and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents across multiple categories, including leasing, service vendors, construction and renovation, events, marketing, and procurement.- Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal departments regarding contract terms, commercial negotiations, partnerships, import/export matters, and corporate structure.- Interpret legal requirements, compliance obligations, and contractual risks for relevant teams.- Work directly with government authorities, external legal counsels, and stakeholders during inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.- Handle customer complaints and tenant disputes involving legal assessment.- Conduct internal compliance audits and monitor corrective actions.- Deliver legal and compliance training to internal teams.3. Corporate Governance & Risk Management- Build and maintain a corporate governance framework to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with company strategy.- Identify, assess, and report legal, operational, contractual, and regulatory risks affecting business operations.- Advise management on risk mitigation strategies and preventive solutions.- Support the handling of risk-related incidents at stores, including customer accidents, contractor violations, property damage, and service provider issues.- Provide legal guidance for corporate governance activities, board decisions, and strategic projects.4.
