JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Quality Control (QC) Engineer, you will join our dedicated testing team with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement of our testing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing and automating our existing manual test suites across various platforms, including NodeJS/React applications, ASP.NET applications, and Windows Forms applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Automate existing manual test cases using tools such as Telerik Test Studio and Playwright. Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, environments, and test data. Identify, document, and track defects to resolution. Assist developers in reproducing and resolving errors. Conduct manual testing tasks as needed to support ongoing project requirements. Execute various types of testing, including System, Integration, Performance, Load, Smoke, and Regression tests. Analyze system specifications, user stories, use cases, and requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios. Create clear, detailed documentation of test plans, test designs, and test results. Summarize and report test results to team leaders and management. Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and customers to ensure product quality. Participate proactively in agile meetings and processes.

Test Planning- Understand data requirements, workflows, and processes to define comprehensive testing scope- Control task, timeline and proactively report if problems occurs- Create test plans, test cases, test data and create SQL to validate data quality, data logic and integrity data.Test Execution- Perform testing of data migrations, data transformations, and integration to ensure accuracy and consistency- Validate data sets, reports, and dashboards to confirm that data aligns with business rules and expectations.- Execute both of manual and automated tests for database- Test large datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different platforms and service(e.g., SQL, NoSQL, etc.)- Conduct Regression Testing on updated ETL and existing ETL to identify any possible impacts caused by changes- Work closely with data engineers, business analyst, test team ... to understand data models and data requirements- Support the development team in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issuesDefect Management- Identify, document, and track data quality issues and defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)- Collaborate with data engineers, business analyst to resolve identified issues- Assist in preparing and delivering reports on progress of testing services for squad and tribe leadsAutomation- Develop automated test scripts using tools like Python, SQL, or other data testing frameworks to reduce manual efforts
