Technical Leadership & Project Management:Lead and mentor a team of engineers in IC Design projects and related domains (e.g., digital IC design, embedded software, process development).Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE) and compliance with quality, cost, and timeline targets.Stay updated on emerging semiconductor trends (e.g., AI/ML chips, IoT, automotive ICs) and drive R&D initiatives.Presales & Sales Support:Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients (e.g., OEMs, fabless companies).Participate in customer meetings, product pitches, and negotiations to position our semiconductor offerings effectively.Customer Engagement & Pre-sales:Act as a technical consultant to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IC Design solutions.Drive lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with the sales team.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical forums to enhance brand visibility.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Advisory:Advise the leadership team on semiconductor industry and relevant technology trends, investment and partnerships opportunities, competitors landscape and customer insights.Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to align technical offerings with market demands.Support the development of the company’s long-term semiconductor strategy and product portfolio.
