- Office facilities management. Coordinating with building facilities management personnel on office maintenance matters
- Inventory update of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies (stationery, uniform, presents for employees...)
- Administrative service vendors management
- Administrative transportation arrangement and management (cars, taxi services, etc.)
- Office expenses management and payment procedures execution
- Travel support: airline tickets, hotel booking, transportation arrangements, etc.
- Application for visas, work permits, and temporary residence for foreign laborers
- Foreign experts' support in admin services (house rent, visa/ work permit, TRC, communication, etc.)
- Translation and interpretation of meetings, documents
- Supporting the company's events organization (teambuilding, YEP, birthday party...)
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the GM/ HRD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good at Chinese (Mandarin) and can use English in working
- Good communication skills are compulsory
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good ability to work independently and proactively
