I. Job SummaryAssistant TA Manager will take the lead in Talent Acquisition, while also conducting other HR Operations to drive overall HR effectiveness.II. Principal AccountabilitiesTalent Acquisition (70%)• Act as a strategic partner, providing HR insights and collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide talents aligned with business objectives• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing and evaluating suitable candidates.• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align recruitment direction with business needs.• Manage recruitment channels and devise innovative solutions to meet hiring demands. Cultivate and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.• Ensure efficient and effective compliance with internal hiring policies and standard operational processes.• Conduct the onboarding process after hiring to help new employees get on board smoothly.• Manage and optimize cost-per-hire and define the efficiency of each recruitment portal.• Prepare recruitment’s report and updates when required.Other HR Operations (30%)• Conduct the resignation process including how to submit resignation letter, exit interview, handover checklist.• In charge of implementing learning and development initiatives.• Take the lead in organizing engagement activities and Regular Staff Events (Biz Updates, Women Day celebrations).• Support Performance Management processes by providing guidance/materials/quick training on goal setting and performance reviews.• Support in conducting employee surveys and implementing feedback-driven improvements.• Ad-hoc tasks (3~5%)

Essential RequirementsQualification and Experience• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.• 7+ year experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Beauty, Retail or FMCG industry.• Knowledge or experience in HR Operations Optimization, HRBP, Engagement and Internal Communication is a plus.Skill Sets• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.• Excellent networking and talent sourcing abilities.• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.• Good command of English (both written and spoken).• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Personal Attributes• Proactive and results-driven mindset.• High level of adaptability and willingness to learn.• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.• Passionate about HR and people development.
