• Be responsible for the efficient and profitable day-to-day operation of the bar(s), supervise the service delivery performance process; and handle properly any incidents happened in work.
• Be responsible for the ordering and control of beverage stocks
• Supervise all bar stars, monitor performance and ensure that staff at all times deliver high quality guest service
• Maintain equipment and amenity in good condition in order to deliver high standard in quality service.
• Supervise and manage safe cash handling techniques: collect payments, process sales record by registry correctly.
• Provide bar service at other establishments in the hotel as necessary.
• Monitor, clean and tidy of assigned areas during operating hours
• Ensure that bar operations comply with all the statutory requirements including Health and Safety at Work Act
• Be duty manager on rotation basis
• Support other supervisors and F&B service staff at peak times and to undertake any operational duties which might be reasonably required, to ensure customer expectations are met
Administrative & General Responsibilities
• Participate in job training plan across the department and implement in all aspects of Food & Beverage service; manage the subordinate’s performance and conduct appraisal if needed
• Actively participate in personnel discussions, such as counselling, performance management and general staffing matters
• Attend department’s meetings on a period basis or as required and support in practicing initiatives discussed at meetings.
• Conduct administrative documents needed as to ensure improvement in service quality and operation efficiency.

• Minimum two-year working experience in professional Hospitality environment with one-year work in senior position.
• Fluent knowledge of Point-of-Sales program and other management software.
• Good knowledge of overall hotel operations and the department’s aspects; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
