- Support the Sous Chef in managing and supervising kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (ISO standards).
- Organize receiving, checking, and storing kitchen stock following FIFO principles.
- Participate directly in food preparation, presentation, and ensure product quality.
- Monitor food safety, workplace safety, and fire prevention regulations in the assigned area.
