- Assist Chef de partie in Chopping Station:
- Responsible for all the work of the chopping work, familiar with all the work flow of the Chinese kitchen
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Hardworking, be of good health
- Able to work in split shifts
- Excellent cooking skills in required kitchen function
- Customer and result focused, team player
- Communicative English and or Chinese is an advantage
- Previous Chinese kitchen experience at least 1 year.
