Director of Sales (Local)
1.1 To solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication;
1.2 To preparing correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance;
1.3 To participate in daily RevMax meeting, Sales Strategy meeting, Pre-Convention meetings, Training and other Sales-related meetings as required;
1.4 To work with other departments within the Hotel to provide quality service to customers;
1.5 Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings;
1.6 Maintain knowledge of market, competition and customers;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2 - 3 year experience on the same position of International Hotel & Resort.
- Well understand and customer relationship in Hai Phong Market.
- Good at writing and communication in English.
- Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
- Leadership and well organized.
- Experience in team management.
