Mô Tả Công Việc
• Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and related documents.
• Maintain proper filing of technical documents, drawings, contracts, and maintenance records.
• Monitor and update preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Manage and track work orders and service requests.
Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance progress.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for documentation and scheduling.
• Arrange meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Financial & Procurement Support
• Prepare purchase requests (PR) and follow up on purchase orders (PO).
• Track departmental expenses and support budget control.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
Reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required by the Chief Engineer.
• Assist in budget monitoring and maintenance planning documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience (hospitality experience preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
