• Any service recovery issues are reported, investigated and corrective action is taken.
• Guest satisfaction and feedback is actively obtained and used to enhance the guest experience
• Any guests with complaints are spoken with by senior management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Hotel Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the product and competitive environment is required
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English communication and computer literate
- Good time management skills
- Strategic planning skills are an asset
