- Personnel: recruitment, reward and discipline, conflict handling
- Training: process, train employees
- Professional activity: work related to GUESTS, collect comments and feedback from guests ensure the implementation of customer care, ensure guests always receive attentive, polite & prompt service, participate in the meeting at the beginning of the shift to convey to the staff information, coordinate with relevant departments to satisfy customers, make sure guest profiles are created correctly & correctly, avoiding duplicate customer profiles.
- Work related to REVENUE, PRODUCTS: responsible for the implementation of services undertaken by the department, check guest room prices & service revenue ,check all daily problems related to guests, service quality for timely and quick handling, know the capacity, customer information check-in & guests out daily, responsible for checking the quality of VIP rooms, VVIP, advising in analyzing, identifying the needs of guests and competitors' activities, proposing services to attract guests & increase revenue.
- Work related to EXPENSES, GOODS, CCDC, ASSETS: check the status of use and operation of devices, machinery, equipment and tools for proper service, safety, hygiene and cleanliness ,control costs and propose controls to the Executive Board.
- Jobs related to DEPARTMENT PERSONN: supervise employees to ensure the performance of work in accordance with procedures, standards & work style, check the performance of uniform behavior of employees when entering the shift, organize a meeting at the beginning of the shift , schedule work schedules for employees weekly and adjustments arise , coordinate employees to perform work.
-Develop a plan: develop weekly, monthly and yearly plans on personnel - training, business activities, investment of the department and submit it to the Board of Management, develop the implementation of approved plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor degree in related field
• 2+ year experience at same position in Hotels/Resorts 4-5*
• Strong Administration skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation.
• Detailed knowledge of working practices of Front Office
• Computer literate, Opera soft ware
• Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat apperance.
• Able to cope with pressure.
• Good English language skills
