• All stars selected meet the essential requirements of the employee specifications for their position
• Stars passing probation period have been trained in all essential tasks as per self-leadership assessment form
• Training plans for all stars are prepared, implemented and regularly updated
• A sufficient number of certified OJS skills trainers are available in each outlet to implement the training plans
• Star performers and high potentials have access to further professional and personal development training as per training plan
• An active talent spotting program is in place to support succession planning and career growth for shining stars.
• All employees complete a self-leadership review and attend a formal performance review before the end of their probation
• On job performance is regularly observed and assessed informally. Good performance is acknowledged, poor performance is coached
• All direct reports receive a formal annual performance review prior to contract renewal
• All rooms and public areas are cleaned in timely manner as per operational requirement
• All rooms and public areas are inspected daily and any issues are reported immediately to the relevant department
• All Housekeeping stars demonstrate the Fusion Maia service behaviours at every point of contact
• The Sequences of Service (SOS’) are consistently applied in all areas of the department
• Mini bar control is in place and all items are charged to guests account and all items in guest rooms are checked daily and replenished or replaced if needed
• Linen control is in place and according to the hotels par stock
• Uniform controls are in place and according the hotels par stock
• All linen and uniforms are always in good condition and available for the hotels operation
• Damaged linen an uniforms are reported and discarded
• Guest laundry is handled with care and picked up as per guest requests and returned timely manner as per hotels policy
• Strict store controls are in place
• Costs are in line with the approved budget
• Replacements are in line with the budget
• FF&E controls and yearly plans are in place and follow the approved budget
• Any costs which are not budgeted are reported immediately to the management
• All stars work efficient and manning costs are in line with the budget
• All stars follow the daily checklists and times for each tasks are reported
• Stars are trained and aware of HHCAP standards and follow strictly
• All equipment and chemicals are kept safe and all stars are trained about usage and safety as per SOP
• All stars are groomed and take care of personal hygiene as per company standards
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared in time and sent to management
• All collateral in rooms are up to date and in good condition
• Cost controls for all expensed in the department are in place and costs are according to the budget
• Controls of all furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place and replacements are in line within the budget
• Yearly departmental budget is created with the General Manager and Financial Controller
•Other duties are performed as assigned by the Head of Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• High-school education completed with some technical or certification training preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of bartending in class of drinks and beverages.
• English with ability to communicate clearly as well as ability other language would be beneficial
