- Manages Human Resources Division, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures; both local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
- Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
- Coordinate with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures; assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel.
- Directs supervise of training department and ensure all its activities are in accordance to the needs of the hotel and all training program has been smoothly executed.
- Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations.
- Work with the local government to ensure that all paperworks and licenses are in place for normal hotel operation.
- Ensures the staff complies with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
- Oversee staff hotel personnel and ensure the effective staff management. Responsible for the administration of Human Resources Division.
- Organizing, developing, coordinating and evaluating hotel training programs.
- Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
- Prepares and submits monthly HR reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment and staff accidents.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management or related field.
- Computer: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Skills of: Personal communication, leadership, work coordination, negotiation and training/coaching.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Human Resource Manager/Director in Hotel/Resort 4-5*.
