Job PurposePlan and execute capital raising activities, develop financial structures for projects, evaluate investment efficiency, and manage relationships with financial partners and shareholders.II. Key Responsibilities• Propose appropriate capital structure solutions (loans, bonds, PPP, etc.) based on each project’s development phase.• Work directly with banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and international organizations (e.g., ADB, JICA) to negotiate financing.• Analyze project financial documents and build models to assess IRR, NPV, DSCR.• Develop investment proposals, bidding documents, joint venture partnerships, or IPO plans if applicable.• Regularly report on investment capital utilization and financial performance of disbursement activities.• Act as a liaison between the company and strategic investors or financial institutions.
