            ● Team Management: Build, develop, and lead the marketing automation team● Reporting & Analytics: Build a comprehensive reporting system by integrating data from ActiveCampaign, Odoo CRM, Email SMTP server, and other sources● Quarterly Planning: Collaborate with the project management team to create comprehensive quarterly plans, allocate resources, and prepare presentations for QBRs● Driving Demand: Design and execute data-driven programs and campaigns for seeding, demand creation, nurturing, and pipeline acceleration● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all NAKIVO functions—including Product MarCom, Installed Base, Business Development, Channel Marketing, Events, and Content teams—to ensure alignment in multi-channel execution● Account-Based / Targeted Approaches: Leverage behavioral, installed base, and other data sources to design innovative, targeted programs● A/B Testing & Optimization: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI● Systems & Processes: Analyze and optimize the full logical model—from integrations with CRM and other tools via APIs to nurturing logic within funnels● Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain a robust lead nurturing workflow that aligns with business objectives

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
                ● 10+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, including account-based marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, and marketing analytics● 3+ years of managerial experience● Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign)● Proven experience in building marketing analytics reports (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Power BI, CRM systems)● Experience in launching ABM campaigns (Email + LinkedIn Messaging)● Engineering background with a structured approach to stages, products, and processes● Computer science knowledge with the ability to communicate at the API level● In-depth email marketing expertise with a clear understanding of campaign strategy and execution● Strong grasp of company business processes and how CRM logic and infrastructure reflect them● Strong track record of supporting sales teams to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets● Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to diverse audiences● English: Advanced / Fluent
