Why We’re HiringOur products are now gaining attention not only from Vietnamese customers, but also from tourists across Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan.To further expand our storytelling and brand appeal through both online and offline channels, we are seeking a marketing leader who can handle SNS operations, promotional planning, and product development.Position SummaryMarketing Leader (Full-time)This position will oversee SNS content, sales promotions, product planning, and brand storytelling.You will work closely with the CEO to shape the creative output of the brand.Key Responsibilities1 | SNS & Content Marketing● Planning and managing content for Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (RED)● Developing content calendars using products, culture, and travel insights● Writing multilingual captions (Japanese/Chinese/English)● Managing visual editing and KPI tracking (saves, views, conversions, etc.)2 | Retail Promotion & Campaigns● Designing POPs, displays, and seasonal promotional materials● Coordinating in-store events and tasting campaigns at locations like Takashimaya● Collaborating with sales staff to improve in-store engagement3 | Product Planning & Development● Proposing and naming new products (gift sweets, snacks, souvenirs)● Developing original merchandise (postcards, totes, mugs, etc.)● Creating product concepts and overseeing from prototype to POP4 | Brand Storytelling● Refining visual and verbal expressions of the brand (copywriting, imagery)● Translating Vietnamese culture into gift form through design and narrative________________________________________About STAR KITCHENSTAR KITCHEN is a gift and food brand founded in Vietnam by a Japanese entrepreneur, with a mission to share the culture of Vietnam with the world.Founded in 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City, our journey began with a small cooking studio.We started by offering Japanese cooking and sweets classes for Vietnamese people, creating moments where food became a bridge between cultures.From there, we expanded into a Japanese sweets brand. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of marketing experience (SNS planning, promotion, or product development)• Practical knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Xiaohongshu (RED)• Ability to write content in Japanese + Vietnamese or English• Strong sense for branding and visual storytellingPreferred (Not Required)• Design tool skills (Canva, CapCut, Illustrator, etc.)• Experience in food, retail, tourism, or gift-related marketing• Past involvement in packaging or photography directionSalary & Conditions● Location: Ho Chi Minh City● Work Type: Full-time● Work Hours: flexible (Basically you will work 8 hours/day, 5 days a week but more performance-based)● Salary (Gross): ₫18M–₫25M/month (based on experience and skill)● Perks: Employee discount, product sampling, travel-related projects
