- Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier
- Transforms a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity
- Handles reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes
- Enters reservation details precisely and correctly
- Ensures that information is passed on to the people concerned
- Confirms the reservation; takes care over written communications
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel
- Assist Sales and Conference Services when specific questions arise regarding groups
- Followed by reservations script in handling the Guest inquiry for Hotel room reservation or other inquiry
- Have full knowledge of Hotel facilities, and promotions
- Confidently provide our guests with accurate information regarding the Hotel, facilities, room rates, promotions and room types available
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Preferably has 1 or 2 years experience in a custumer service
- Good English, Strong communication, service mind, good team player
- Knowledge of the hospitality sector
- Hotel & Sales background is preferred
