Job Summary
Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs. Responsible for answering calls in order, recording guest requests, coordinate the response to the guest issues/ requests and follow up with the guests to ensure satisfaction with the result. Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and fully own each guest issue. Be proactive in every area including offering additional services in communication with guests.
Essential duties and responsibilities
-Work collaboratively with sales team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicate.-Process all business correspondence within acceptable time limits.
-Create contracts and other related booking documentation as required. Manage and maintains account files.
-Prepare weekly and daily reports, group information sheets when necessary.
-Produce and send out follow-up letters for outside calls, site inspections, inquiries, cancellations, lost business, contracts, etc.
-Help to build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
-Set a positive example for guest relations.
-Establish clear expectations for customers and properties throughout the sales process.
-Effectively resolve guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process.
-And other tasks assigned by direct manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Good communication skills with pleasant voice
• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing personalized customers and personal services
• Be of great interest in working with guests over the phone
• Able to use Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers
• Creative, well organized, able to work in shifts/night shifts and under high pressure
• University/ college graduates with major in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality,
business administration or related major.
