- Prepares and present baked pastries, yeast raised pastries.
- Prepares and present afternoon tea items.
- Prepares and present desserts
- Prepares and presents gateaux, tortes and cakes
- Prepare a range of molded flowers and figures
- Maintains hygienic standards and practices
- Cleans the kitchen and equipment
- Maintains personal hygiene
- Works with Executive Chef in manpower planning and management needs
- Works with Executive Chef in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2-3 years related experience.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
