Implement revenue management strategies and processes in the hotel, in order to optimize and maximize its revenue using all the tools, practices and techniques of revenue management. Identify new revenue opportunities, provides daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees at the hotel.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 1 years experience at the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English)
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies
• Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel
• Strong organization, negotiation and leadership skills
• Re-banding or pre-opening experience is a plus
