Responsible for an agreed group of key accounts for the Resort and maintains a complete contact record of these accounts.
Develops a clear understanding of the Resorts business strategies then sets goals and action plans to meet those goals.
Update client visits action plans weekly to the Director of Sales.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales to achieve agreed sales targets.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the Resort by clients.
Closely observes matters pertaining to the competition (sites, pricing, services offered, marketing initiatives etc.)
Maintains a close working relationship with the Resorts front office, F & B and operations team to ensure all clients’ needs are met.
Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the Director of Sales and develop professional long term business relationships.
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Works closely with the Director of Sales to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the Resort.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities will include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time to clients.

Graduated in Vocational School / College / University and/or with similar working experience in 04 -05 star Hotel/Resorts.
Office computer literacy.
Can communicate in English very well.
Leadership , Management , teamwork Skills.
Ability to run department efficiently, knowing how to deal with staffs/ customers professionally.
