The opening is for multiple roles and numbers of ERP Consultant for module: • Implement SAP S4/HANA modules (FICO/ SD/ MM/ EWM/ PP) according to the requirements of each project.• Participate in the full cycle of new deployment projects, or participate in projects that Citek is implementing for domestic or foreign customers.• Perform the main tasks in the projects: business survey, solution consulting - configuring each module, writing manuals, training users, supporting operations, coordinating with departments, other functions to complete and go-live projects.

1. Kiểm soát nhập kho nguyên vật liệu

• Tiếp nhận phiếu nhập kho từ bộ phận mua hàng hoặc bộ phận nhận hàng.
• Kiểm tra chứng từ nhập (hóa đơn, phiếu giao hàng, phiếu kiểm tra chất lượng...).
• Đối chiếu số lượng – đơn giá với hợp đồng và phiếu nhập kho.
• Hạch toán nghiệp vụ nhập kho vào phần mềm kế toán (MISA…)
• Theo dõi tồn kho nguyên liệu theo lô, hạn sử dụng.

2. Theo dõi xuất kho sản xuất

• Căn cứ phiếu yêu cầu xuất kho từ bộ phận sản xuất hoặc quản lý.
• Kiểm tra định mức nguyên liệu tiêu hao cho từng món (ví dụ: 1 đùi gà cần bao nhiêu gram bột chiên, bao nhiêu ml dầu, gia vị...).
• Hạch toán xuất kho nguyên liệu theo đúng định mức.
• Giám sát việc sử dụng nguyên vật liệu, báo cáo chênh lệch (nếu có hao hụt bất thường).

3. Kiểm kê và quản lý tồn kho

• Phối hợp với thủ kho kiểm kê định kỳ (hàng tuần/tháng/quý) hoặc đột xuất.
• Đối chiếu số liệu thực tế với số liệu trên sổ sách/phần mềm.
• Lập biên bản chênh lệch (nếu có), phối hợp tìm nguyên nhân (hỏng, hao hụt, sai lệch...).
• Đề xuất hướng xử lý với bộ phận quản lý hoặc ban giám đốc.

4. Báo cáo kế toán kho

• Lập các báo cáo tồn kho hàng ngày/tuần/tháng theo yêu cầu:
  • Báo cáo tồn kho nguyên liệu, bao bì.
  • Báo cáo xuất nguyên liệu theo từng đợt sản xuất.
  • Báo cáo nhập – xuất – tồn.
• Thống kê và phân tích chi phí nguyên vật liệu tiêu hao.

5. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan

• Làm việc chặt chẽ với:
  • Bộ phận thu mua (kiểm soát giá – số lượng nhập)
  • Bộ phận sản xuất (đối chiếu định mức tiêu hao)
  • Thủ kho (xác nhận thực tế nhập – xuất – tồn)
  • Kế toán tổng hợp/Chi phí (phân bổ chi phí vào giá thành)

6. Lưu trữ hồ sơ chứng từ kho

• Lưu trữ đầy đủ:
  • Phiếu nhập kho
  • Phiếu xuất kho
  • Biên bản kiểm kê
  • Biên bản hủy hàng (nếu có)
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định lưu trữ kế toán theo thời hạn luật định (thường là 5–10 năm).
