Legal Advisory and Compliance in Labor, Data Protection, and Social InsuranceProvide legal advice on labor laws, including employment contracts, workplace policies, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulations on social insurance, health insurance, and other employee benefits.Advise on data protection policies and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) regarding the collection, processing, and storage of employee and customer data.Support legal compliance across retail operations and other related areas such as corporate governance, consumer protection, and licensing processes.2. Compliance Management and MonitoringDevelop, implement, and oversee compliance policies related to labor laws, data protection, and social insurance to mitigate legal risks.Conduct compliance audits to identify and address risks associated with labor practices, personal data management, and social insurance obligations.Collaborate with HR, IT, and Relevant teams to monitor compliance in areas such as employee welfare, workplace safety, and operational standards.3. Training and Capacity BuildingDevelop and deliver training programs on labor compliance, social insurance regulations, and data protection policies for store managers and employees.Provide guidance on proper handling of employee issues, personal data, and compliance processes to ensure alignment with legal requirements and company policies.4. Regulatory Monitoring and Risk ManagementMonitor and update management on changes in labor laws, social insurance regulations, and data protection frameworks to ensure continuous compliance.Identify potential legal risks in employment management, social insurance obligations, and retail operations, and propose solutions to mitigate these risks.5. Dispute Resolution and Stakeholder ManagementSupport in handling labor disputes, employee grievances, or social insurance claims, ensuring resolutions are compliant with legal standards and company policies.Represent the company in dealings with government authorities and other external stakeholders on labor compliance, data protection, and social insurance matters.Coordinate with external legal counsel to address complex legal issues effectively.6.
