- Hỗ trợ bác sĩ trong việc thực hiện các thủ thuật y tế và chăm sóc điều trị cho bệnh nhân.
- Quản lý và duy trì hồ sơ bệnh án, ghi chép đầy đủ thông tin về tình trạng sức khỏe và tiến trình điều trị của bệnh nhân.
- Tư vấn và giáo dục bệnh nhân và gia đình về chế độ dinh dưỡng, thuốc men và các biện pháp chăm sóc sức khỏe.
- Tham gia vào các hoạt động đào tạo, nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn và cập nhật kiến thức mới trong lĩnh vực điều dưỡng.

• Tìm kiếm, khai thác và tuyển dụng các streamer/Idol tiềm năng trên nền tảng TikTok (khu vực Mỹ).
• Quản lý, duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ hợp tác với Idol tại khu vực Mỹ (không tương tác với user).
• Theo dõi và xử lý nhanh chóng các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành.
• Phối hợp cùng bộ phận đào tạo để hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ nhân viên mới.

Hiểu rõ người dùng (giáo viên, học sinh, quản lý trường học, Sở/Phòng Giáo dục) để thu thập insights. Xây dựng chiến lược & lộ trình sản phẩm (Product roadmap) Định nghĩa tầm nhìn sản phẩm, xác định các tính năng ưu tiên, lập kế hoạch lâu dài/ ngắn hạn. Đặt mục tiêu sản phẩm (KPIs) rõ ràng (ví dụ: tỷ lệ sử dụng, churn rate, tăng trưởng khách hàng, doanh thu nếu có). Quản lý yêu cầu và phát triển tính năng Viết tài liệu đặc tả (requirement, user stories,…). Làm việc chặt với nhóm thiết kế UX/UI, dev, QA để đảm bảo tính khả thi, chất lượng và đúng tiến độ. Ưu tiên và phân bổ nguồn lực cho các tính năng. Ra mắt sản phẩm & triển khai Lên kế hoạch release, phối hợp nội bộ các bộ phận Marketing, hỗ trợ khách hàng, đào tạo nếu cần.
