Senior Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accurate bookkeeping, timely financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations. Based in Vietnam, this role will take ownership of hands-on, accounting activities (booking, payments, reconciliations), prepare financial statements, and provide support for group-wide reporting across Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.1. General Accounting & Bookkeeping:- Record daily accounting entries (booking) for all business transactions in compliance with accounting standards.- Manage the chart of accounts and ensure ledgers are accurate, consistent, and up to date.- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities with high accuracy and timeliness.2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:- Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payments for both domestic and overseas transactions.- Issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up to ensure on-time payments.- Reconcile AP/AR balances regularly to support accurate financial reporting.3. Bank Reconciliation and Cash Management:- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and ensure alignment between company records and bank statements.- Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity planning to support operational needs.- Report discrepancies or issues to the Finance Manager in a timely manner.4. Loan Management:- Prepare loan projections and draft loan agreements as required.- Track outstanding loans and manage repayments within agreed terms.5. Financial Reporting and Compliance:- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in line with Group standards.- Support statutory reporting and coordinate with external tax agents for filings (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.).- Provide documentation and responses for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.- Liaise with professional firms on Transfer Pricing reports and other compliance matters.6.
