Dẫn dắt và quản lý đội ngũ Agentic Engineer (2–10 người tùy quy mô).Thiết kế, xây dựng và triển khai các giải pháp AI phục vụ sản phẩm và nghiệp vụ của công ty.Tham gia định hướng chiến lược AI, lựa chọn công nghệ, framework, mô hình phù hợp.Trực tiếp tham gia các công việc kỹ thuật quan trọng:Data processing, feature engineeringTriển khai mô hình lên production (MLOps)Phối hợp với các team Product / Backend / DevOps / Business để hiểu yêu cầu và đề xuất giải pháp AI hiệu quả.Review code, mentoring, training và nâng cao năng lực cho các thành viên trong team.Đảm bảo hiệu năng, độ chính xác, bảo mật và khả năng mở rộng của các hệ thống AI.Theo dõi xu hướng công nghệ AI mới (LLM, GenAI, Computer Vision, NLP…) để áp dụng vào sản phẩm.

1.Business Analysis: Collaborate with departments to gather requirements for BPM and internal applications (e.g., HR, workflow, reporting); propose automation solutions.2. System Design: Architect software for BPM and internal apps, including database (SQL/NoSQL) and API design; create technical documentation.3. Software Development: Write code using Java and Spring Boot to build BPM and internal applications; use Corezoid for workflow optimization.4. Automation & Integration: Optimize business processes with Corezoid and API integration; integrate with ESB, MCS, or third-party APIs for seamless data flow; monitor processes via Corezoid dashboards.5. Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and integration testing with JUnit/Mockito; debug and optimize code performance.6. Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy applications to production with DevOps (CI/CD); maintain and upgrade BPM and internal systems.7. Team Collaboration: Work with software engineers and analysts; participate in Agile/Scrum meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning).8. Skill Development: Continuously improve skills in Java, Spring Boot, Corezoid, and related technologies.
