Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve chassis systems, including automotive Brake systems; brake pipelines, brackets, brake discs, calipers, EPB, sensors, and additionally desired knowledge in Driveline/drive shafts.Utilize CATIA V5 for designing and modeling chassis components, ensuring that the designs are accurate and meet all specified requirements.Manage and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM), ensuring proper alignment between design, manufacturing, and procurement processes.Lead and support Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Deviation Change Requests (DCR) through effective management, tracking, and implementation of changes.Planned, conducted, and coordinated vehicle trials and launch activities in collaboration with the plant, production teams, and other departments to ensure successful vehicle introduction.Apply knowledge of vehicle dynamics to optimize chassis systems for performance, comfort, and safety.Use strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and provide solutions to problems in the development, testing, or manufacturing phases.Manage and maintain engineering documents, such as DVP (Design Verification Plan), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SOR (Specification of Requirements), SPB (Spec Book), DWG (drawings), and other technical documents.Ensure clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare reports and documentation in English for working purposes.
