1. Tham mưu
Tham mưu cho BGĐ các công tác liên quan đến kế hoạch và đánh giá, tính toán tính hiệu quả của kế hoạch/ dự án;
2. Xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất và kiểm soát thực hiện.
Quản lý, tổ chức, phân công triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất tổng của Công ty và kế hoạch cho từng đơn vị, ở từng giai đoạn;
Theo dõi, kiểm tra, đánh giá tiến độ của từng dự án/ kế hoạch sản xuất; Tham mưu, đề xuất các biện pháp kiểm soát, điều chỉnh nhằm đảm bảo tính khả thi của kế hoạch
Nghiên cứu, tính toán, đánh giá hiệu quả đầu tư của dự án/ lợi nhuận của từng đơn hàng và báo cáo đề xuất Ban Tổng Giám đốc quyết định nhận hoặc không nhận triển khai đơn hàng;
Tham mưu cho Ban Tổng Giám đốc phương án triển khai sản xuất đạt hiệu quả tối ưu;
Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện chung của các hợp đồng với khách hàng; Phối hợp với các phòng ban có liên quan giải quyết các vấn đề vướng mắc chung trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng;
Theo dõi kế hoạch nhập – xuất – tồn NLVT của Công ty phục vụ kịp thời cho sản xuất;
Lập kế hoạch cân bằng nằng lực sản xuất giữa các đơn vị sản xuất; Kiểm tra đôn đốc việc thực hiện cân đối sản xuất các đơn hàng;
Điều tiết, phân công công việc tới các nhân sự trong phòng; Theo dõi, kiểm soát và đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của các thành viên;
Chịu trách nhiệm trước Công ty về toàn bộ kết quả công việc thực hiện của phòng;
Chủ động liên lạc với đầu mối các phòng ban để hoàn thành công việc theo trách nhiệm, nhiệm vụ được giao;
Nghiên cứu, soạn thảo và trình duyệt các quy định, quy trình...phục vụ cho việc vận hành, điều hành công việc phòng KH – KT;

• Tư vấn trực tiếp các dịch vụ du học, khóa học tại Trung tâm
• Hiểu và nắm rõ thông tin về điều kiện du học, lộ trình du học, chi phí hồ sơ và nội dung tất cả các sản phẩm của Trung tâm
• Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing khai thác toàn bộ danh sách khách hàng tiềm năng và triển khai chương trình promotion mỗi tháng
• Phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng để thúc đẩy tệp khách hàng giới thiệu
• Hoàn thành target theo tháng, theo quý, theo năm đưa ra
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận

Responsible for maintaining and developing software for broadband devices, including GPON routers, Ethernet routers, and access points. Job Description: Review existing requirement and work with stakeholder to identify gaps in the requirements Design, implement new features based on Customer’s request using Broadcom/Realtek/Airoha SDK Modify and fix bug in User space, Kernel space or SDK source code Design the non-functional testing to verify the software running of the actual hardware (WiFi coverage, Maximum Throughput, Stress test, Stability test, … ) Implement WebUI features following UX/UI, or revise the exiting UX/UI if necessary Read and understand Networking Standards (TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11, … ) Participate in team’s planning, code reviews and design discussions leading to improve and deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and issue tracking Go on business trip to fix issue on Customer side
