Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một nhân viên Bảo trì có tay nghề, tận tâm và chuyên nghiệp để góp phần bảo tồn vẻ đẹp kiến trúc và không gian tinh tế của khu nghỉ dưỡng.

Là nhân viên Bảo trì tại La Veranda, bạn sẽ đảm nhiệm tất cả cơ sở vật chất, thiết bị và các hạng mục kỹ thuật của resort luôn trong trạng thái hoạt động tốt, an toàn và đáp ứng đúng tiêu chuẩn, góp phần tạo nên những trải nghiệm hoàn hảo cho mỗi vị khách.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

1. Thực hiện các công việc bảo trì thường xuyên cho hệ thống điện, nước, điều hòa...

2. Kiểm tra, xử lý nhanh các sự cố kỹ thuật nhỏ phát sinh trong ngày.

3. Lập lịch kiểm tra bảo trì theo định kỳ cho các hệ thống thiết bị lớn.

4. Thực hiện kiểm tra an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy, kiểm tra an toàn thiết bị điện, đo đạc áp suất, kiểm tra áp lực nước, kiểm tra máy phát điện dự phòng...

5. Ghi chép báo cáo lỗi, hiệu suất sau sửa chữa, đề xuất thay thế khi thiết bị đã quá cũ hoặc hỏng nặng.

6. Hỗ trợ giám sát, Quản lý và làm việc với nhà thầu bên ngoài khi có dự án sửa chữa lớn hoặc thay thế thiết bị chuyên sâu.

7. Chuẩn bị các vật tư, công cụ cần thiết cho sửa chữa: phụ tùng, dụng cụ, vật liệu xây dựng nếu có.

8. Đảm bảo nơi làm việc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, tuân thủ quy định về an toàn lao động và sử dụng đồ bảo hộ đúng quy định.

9. Có thể làm việc theo ca hoặc hỗ trợ ngoài giờ nếu sự cố phát sinh.

MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆCUX/UI Designer (Middle) chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế trải nghiệm và giao diện người dùng cho các tính năng/sản phẩm mới, đảm bảo sản phẩm dễ sử dụng – nhất quán – thẩm mỹ – hiệu quả. Mục tiêu trọng tâm là chuyển hóa yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành trải nghiệm người dùng mạch lạc, góp phần nâng cao mức độ hài lòng, khả năng sử dụng và giá trị sản phẩm. Đây là vai trò thiên về thiết kế trải nghiệm thực tiễn, gắn chặt với delivery sản phẩm.MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNHPhối hợp với Product Owner, BA để hiểu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, mục tiêu người dùng và bối cảnh sử dụng.Thiết kế User Flow, Wireframe, Prototype, UI Design cho Web/Mobile.Xây dựng và duy trì Design System / UI Guideline cho sản phẩm mới.Thực hiện kiểm tra tính khả dụng (usability), đề xuất cải tiến trải nghiệm người dùng.Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Backend, Frontend trong quá trình triển khai, đảm bảo thiết kế được hiện thực hóa đúng ý đồ.Hỗ trợ team trong việc đánh giá tác động UX/UI trước và sau khi release.Cập nhật, chỉnh sửa thiết kế theo phản hồi người dùng và yêu cầu thay đổi sản phẩm.Đóng góp ý tưởng sáng tạo nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm và tính cạnh tranh của sản phẩm.
