The QA Engineer for the Partner and Accounting Integrations team plays a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of integration-focused solutions that will connect to various external systems. - Lên lịch công việc cho nhân viên hàng ngày, hàng tuần và điều chỉnh phát sinh; Sắp xếp điều động nhân viên thực hiện công việc hàng ngày hoặc phát sinh

- Giải quyết các sự việc phát sinh liên quan hàng ngày.

- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện công việc.

Nhiệm vụ 2: Giải quyết sự cố và khiếu nại của khách

- Trực tiếp giải quyết các khiếu nại của khách liên quan đến thức ăn

- Tổ chức việc theo dõi đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách theo quy trình công ty.

- Đào tạo cho nhân viên cách tiếp cận khách hàng khi có vấn đề cần báo ngay cho các cấp quản lý

- Tổ chức cơ chế giám sát và trực tiếp giám sát việc thực hiện theo các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình hướng dẫn của nhà hàng.

- Báo cáo cho giám đốc về công việc quản lý, điều hành bộ phận theo nhiệm vụ được giao định kỳ tuần, tháng và báo cáo các trường hợp đột xuất hoặc các nhiệm vụ được giao.

- Đề xuất cải tiến các hoạt động của nhà hàng.
