Tham gia phát triển, mở rộng và bảo trì hệ thống web sử dụng Laravel, Next.js/ReactJS. Chuyển thiết kế từ Figma sang giao diện web chuẩn responsive, đúng thiết kế và tối ưu UX/UI. Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu (MySQL/MariaDB). Phát triển và tích hợp RESTful API, xử lý xác thực người dùng. Tích hợp các kênh thanh toán. Tối ưu hiệu năng hệ thống, tốc độ tải trang và SEO. Phối hợp với các team khác như BA, Designer và Tester để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.  

- Tiếp nhận và xử lý thông tin, ý kiến góp ý, giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng về dịch vụ chuyển phát Viettel qua điện thoại, chatbox.
- Trực tiếp nhập các yêu cầu/ phản ảnh của khách hàng lên hệ thống và chuyển thông tin cho những bộ phận có trách nhiệm giải quyết.
- Thường xuyên cập nhật chính sách ưu đãi, khuyến mại và kinh doanh của Tổng Công ty để có thể hướng dẫn, cung cấp thông tin cần thiết cho khách hàng.

JOB OBJECTIVES- Implement and manage GitOps workflows: Use ArgoCD to synchronize Kubernetes application states with declarative configurations stored in Git.- Build a complete CI/CD system: Integrate CI pipelines (build, test, push image) with ArgoCD for secure and efficient continuous deployment.- Ensure consistency and traceability: Manage all infrastructure and application configurations as code (IaC/CaC) to enable auditing, versioning, and easy rollback.- Optimize and monitor infrastructure: Operate and tune GCP & GKE environments for performance, cost efficiency, and high availability — especially for real-time workloads.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. GitOps & Deployment Management- Install, configure, and manage ArgoCD for end-to-end application lifecycle on GKE.- Design Git repository structures for manifests (Helm, Kustomize, YAML).Set up auto-sync and alerting for out-of-sync changes between Git and live clusters.2. CI/CD Automation- Build CI pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions to automatically build Docker images and push to Google Artifact Registry.- Integrate CI workflows to automatically update image tags in Git repositories, triggering ArgoCD deployments.3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)- Manage GCP resources (GKE, VPC, IAM) using Terraform.- Build and maintain secure, scalable Kubernetes clusters.4. Monitoring, Optimization & Operations- Deploy monitoring and logging systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Google Cloud Operations Suite.- Design effective auto-scaling strategies to handle real-time traffic spikes.- Conduct FinOps optimization to manage and reduce cloud costs.- Collaborate with the Backend Team to operate infrastructure for data pipelines and message queues (e.g., Google Pub/Sub, Kafka).- Ensure high availability (HA) and implement disaster recovery (DR) strategies

The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:Develop scalable frontend and backend features using Next.js (App Router, Server Actions, or API routes).Implement and manage the Supabase database for data storage (e.g., rules, outcomes, test cases) and authentication where required.Integrate and configure JSON-rules-engine to evaluate and execute business logic.Build clean, responsive, and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI.Implement form handling and validation with React Hook Form (or similar libraries).Ensure secure, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Deploy and maintain the application on Vercel.Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Giám sát tuân thủ quy trình VSATTP trong khu vực bếp nướng.
- Đảm bảo không xảy ra sự cố cháy nổ, bỏng, điện hoặc thực phẩm không đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Phối hợp với các tổ khác (sơ chế, salad, chiên, hấp, trang trí món) để đảm bảo nhịp độ ra món.
- Đề xuất cải tiến công thức, món mới hoặc điều chỉnh quy trình cho phù hợp thực tế.
