• Thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa các thiết bị, hệ thống điện nhà máy theo sự sắp xếp của quản lý.
• Theo dõi, thực hiện báo cáo, hồ sơ, tài liệu liên quan đến hoạt động sản xuất, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, pccc, hệ thống SA8000, ISO9001…
• Vận hành phần mềm trạm trộn bê tông khô của phòng sản xuất.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác khi có yêu cầu từ cấp trên.

Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ việc tổ chức, điều hành nhân sự, quản lý kỹ thuật, an toàn, chất lượng, tiến độ và chi phí để thi công hệ thống MEP (Điện, Nước, HVAC, PCCC, BMS...) tại công trình, đảm bảo quá trình thi công, hoàn thành và bàn giao công trình cho khách hàng được an toàn, chất lượng, đúng tiến độ và đạt hiệu quả cao nhất.- Chủ động nắm rõ chi tiết các thông tin (hợp đồng, phạm vi, yêu cầu kỹ thuật, bản vẽ…) của công trình để có sự chuẩn bị đầy đủ các điều kiện, thủ tục trước khi thi công.- Chủ động lập kế hoạch, đề xuất, báo cáo và triển khai thi công công trình theo kế hoạch thi công đã được Ban giám đốc phê duyệt.- Quản lý nhân sự (Kỹ sư trưởng, kỹ sư, giám sát, an toàn, thủ kho,…) một cách linh hoạt và tối ưu để đảm bảo dự án hoạt động hiệu quả nhất - Quản lý, giám sát và hướng dẫn nhà thầu, tổ đội, công nhân phối hợp với các bên ( Tư vấn, nhà thầu xây dựng và các nhà thầu khác) triển khai công việc đạt yêu cầu an toàn, tiến độ, chất lượng, chung của dự án.- Chủ động tương tác kết nối phối hợp chặt trẽ với các bên (Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn và các nhà thầu khác) để triển khai và hoàn thành công việc hiệu quả nhất. - Chủ động báo cáo, đề xuất ý kiến với Giám đốc dự án phụ trách thi công các vấn đề khó khăn, vướng mắc và sự cố bất thường trong quá trình thi công dự án để giải quyết nhằm thi công đảm bảo an toàn, đúng tiến độ, đạt chất lượng và hiệu quả cao nhất.- Hoàn thành, bàn giao công trình đưa vào hoạt động đúng tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn
