Tạo và duy trì nguồn ứng viên phù hợp theo kế hoạch tuyển dụng phát triển công ty.
Sàng lọc, sơ vấn, phỏng vấn, tổ chức phỏng vấn với các trưởng bộ phận và phản hồi kết quả.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong việc phỏng vấn, đánh giá, tham vấn ra quyết định tuyển chọn.
Chăm sóc ứng viên và tối ưu tăng trải nghiệm ứng viên trong quá trình tuyển dụng và nhận việc.
b) Cải tiến quy trình, công cụ và báo cáo tuyển dụng:
Tham gia xây dựng và báo cáo/cập nhật/phân tích theo định kỳ các chỉ số đo lường kết quả tuyển dụng và đề xuất các phương án nâng cao hiệu quả.
Xây dựng các quy trình làm việc, bài kiểm tra, câu hỏi phỏng vấn…
c) Hướng dẫn và đào tạo hội nhập và chăm sóc/hỗ trợ nhân sự mới
d) Tham gia các hoạt động để xây dựng và phát triển thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng
2. Công tác Nhân sự - Hành chính văn phòng (30%):
a) Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ nhân sự, soạn thảo công văn, thông báo
b) Phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động đào tạo, hoạt động gắn kết nhân sự và sự kiện nội bộ
c) Quản trị văn phòng: tài sản, trang thiết bị cơ sở vật chất, văn phòng phẩm, nhà khách…
