3. Kết hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh theo dõi mức độ hoàn thành doanh số của khách hàng, hỗ trợ chào bán, đôn đốc thu hồi công nợ.

4. Kiểm soát, xác nhận với khách hàng về đơn hàng đã xuất kho, vận chuyển đảm bảo đến tay khách hàng.

5. Cập nhật thường xuyên giá bán và dữ liệu khách hàng lên phầm mềm và các biểu mẫu có liên quan.
