Chịu trách nhiệm chỉ đạo triển khai toàn bộ hoạt động của Phòng vận hành hạ tầng và nền tảng điện toán đám mây, bao gồm:Nhiệm vụ quản lýLập kế hoạch công việc của  phòng và phân công việc, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các cán bộ , đánh giá và đề xuất các hình thức khen thưởng & kỷ luật đối với cán bộ thuộc phạm vi quản lý.Tổ chức sinh hoạt chuyên môn, đào tạo, bồi dưỡng nâng cao trình độ cho các cán bộ nhân viên trong phòng.Nhiệm vụ chuyên môn:Chịu trách nhiệm quản trị, vận hành các hệ thống: Hạ tầng máy chủ, lưu trữ; Hệ thống nền tảng quản trị và tự động hóa hạ tầng; Hệ thống ứng dụng hạ tầng doanh nghiệp; Hệ thống mạng (không bao gồm hệ thống mạng nội bộ); Hệ thống an toàn thông tin (chỉ bao gồm hệ thống tường lửa, hệ thống cân bằng tải) và các hệ thống có liên quan tại các Trung tâm dữ liệu và điện toán đám mây của PVcomBank đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục;Tham gia triển khai các dự án;Thực hiện tiếp nhận chuyển giao công nghệ và quản lý vận hành; Triển khai các thay đổi; Triển khai các tiêu chí giám sát trên các công cụ đã có; Tiếp nhận, phát hiện và xử lý các sự cố theo đúng các quy trình quản lý sự cố và vấn đề của PVcomBank; Thực hiện sao lưu dự phòng và kiểm thử định kỳ dữ liệu sao lưu dự phòng theo các quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn của PVcomBank; Xây dựng kế hoạch, thực hiện diễn tập triển khai và định kỳ rà soát chiến lược và kế hoạch chi tiết phục hồi sau thảm họa; Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu công tác vận hành hạ tầng, đảm bảo an toàn tính liên tục, tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn quản lý độ tin cậy của hạ tầng;Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các giải pháp công nghệ mới về hạ tầng nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ; Quản lý công tác bảo trì, bảo hành; Định kỳ thực hiện cập nhật các bản vá lỗi được cung cấp từ nhà cung cấp theo quy trình quản lý bản vá, quản lý thay đổi của PVcomBank;Phát hiện, đánh giá các rủi ro về mặt kĩ thuật; Lập kế hoạch, thực hiện đánh giá, báo cáo, đề xuất danh mục các chương trình nâng cấp khả năng đáp ứng (system capacity) của các hệ thống hạ tầng, đáp ứng nhu cầu tăng trưởng kinh doanh liên tục của PVcomBank;Xây dựng kế hoạch đánh giá hiệu năng định kỳ và đưa ra phương án xử lý đảm bảo chất lượng dịch; Tư vấn, khuyến nghị về mặt kỹ thuật và chính  nhằm tuân thủ theo các tiêu chuẩn, quy định của pháp luật; Cung cấp đầy đủ, kịp thời các thông tin, tài liệu có liên quan đến hạ tầng và các hệ thống hạ tầng cho các đơn vị thuộc PVcomBank khi có yêu cầu; Tham gia xây dựng và cải tiến các quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn liên quan đến quản trị, vận hành, thực hiện công việc tuân thủ đầy đủ theo các quy trình đã được phê duyệt;Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của lãnh đạo TT

Xây dựng giải pháp và lập trung các tầng xử lý trên hệ thống; DataWarehouse, Data Lake Data Model, BI, Downstream system, ....Tích hợp tất cả các nguồn dữ liệu từ các hệ thống ứng dụng vào Data Warehouse/Data Lake.Hỗ trợ các Đơn vị nghiệp vụ khi có nhu cầu khai thác dữ liệu từ hệ thống MIS/DW.Thực hiện phân tích các mô hình dữ liệu, dự đoán, dự báo, báo cáo phân tích,…Báo cáo định kỳ theo quy định hoặc theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý trực tiếp.Tham gia các dự án về Data Warehouse/Data Lake theo sự phân công
