Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to the backend team for project execution. Ensure backend stability and quality, owning the backend technical architecture. Collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders on backend project planning and execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with detailed product specifications. Review and approve backend technical documentation and code. Provide mentorship, training, and oversee the career development of backend engineers. Other tasks as assigned.
