I. Job Summary: The Production Staff is responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities for Ferro Molybdenum (FeMo) products, from raw material preparation, reaction operation, cooling, crushing, and screening to final packaging. This position ensures that production processes strictly adhere to quality, efficiency, and occupational safety standards, while also resolving daily issues to achieve production targets. II. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Coordination: Develop daily/weekly production plans and assign tasks to FeMo shift production groups according to order requirements and departmental plans. Directly supervise and coordinate activities in feedstock, reaction, crushing, screening, and packaging to ensure production progress. 2. Process Supervision & Operation: Closely monitor the FeMo processes, ensuring strict adherence to material ratios, temperature, and other technical parameters as per approved procedures. Strictly adhere to the change management process Promptly detect and address any deviations from the process, ensuring stable operation of the production line. 3. Quality Control: Perform on-site quality checks (in-process quality control) for FeMo products. Coordinate with the QA/QC department for periodic or ad-hoc sampling, sending samples for chemical analysis, and monitoring results. Identify the root causes of product defects and propose corrective actions. Ensure that finished FeMo products meet technical standards and customer requirements. 4. Production Personnel Management: Monitor the work performance of employees. Guide, train, and develop skills for foreman/workers or when new processes/equipment are introduced. Periodically evaluate the work performance of subordinates. 5. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS): Ensure production activities strictly comply with occupational safety, fire prevention… Verify the correct and sufficient use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Accurately and completely record production parameters, output data, machine downtime, and daily incidents. Prepare periodic production reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required. Maintain and update relevant FeMo production records and documents (SOPs, work instructions).
