Ensures the performance of production tasks by the headed team within the set deadline in terms of the products production volume (works, services), quality, the given nomenclature (assortment), increasing labor productivity, reducing the labor intensity of products based on the rational loading of equipment and using its technical capabilities, increasing the variability coefficient equipment operation, economical consumption of raw materials and materials.3. Participates in the development of new and in the improvement of existing technological processes, production modes and schedules.4. Checks the quality of manufactured products or performed works, takes measures to prevent defects and improve the quality of products (works, services).5. Timely prepares the production of products, ensures placement of employees in the team.6. Monitors compliance with technological processes, quickly identifies and eliminates the causes of their violation.7. Organizes the introduction of advanced methods and techniques of work, as well as forms of its organization, certification and rationalization of workplaces.8. Ensures compliance by employees with production standards, correct use of equipment, office equipment (tooling and tools), steady (rhythmical) work of the team.9. Establishes and timely informs the production tasks of the team employees, in accordance with the approved production plans and schedules, regulatory indicators for the use of equipment, raw materials, materials, and tools.10. Conducts production training of employees, conducts measures to implement the rules of labor protection, safety techniques and industrial sanitation, technical operation of equipment and tools, as well as monitoring their compliance.11. Analyzes the results of the production activities of team employees.12. Ensures correctness and timeliness of primary documents for accounting of working hours, production, wages, downtime.13. Contributes to the dissemination of best practices, development of initiative, implementation of innovative proposals and inventions.14. Ensures timely revision of labor cost norms, implementation of technically justified norms and standardized tasks in the established order.15. Monitors employees' compliance with the rules of occupational health and safety, industrial and labor discipline, internal labor regulations.16. Participates in the development of measures to create favorable working conditions, increase the culture of production.17. Contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of mutual help and demandingness in the team, the development of a sense of responsibility and interest in the timely and high-quality performance of production tasks among employees.18. Prepares proposals on encouraging employees or applying measures of material influence, on imposing disciplinary sanctions on violators of industrial and labor discipline.19. Organizes work on improving the qualifications and professional skills of employees, training them in other and related professions, conducts educational work in the team.20. Ensures the team's activities in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Manuals.21. Participates in setting priority team quality goals that can be measured.22. Applies and provides a process approach for the implementation of production activities in the performance of job duties.23. Participates in the ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of applied actions in the area of process and product quality.24. Regularly provides feedback to subordinates regarding their performance of their duties.25. Timely and in full conveys to subordinates production tasks and updated information directly related to their performance of job duties and working conditions.
