A. Mục tiêu công việc:Phụ trách xây dựng giải pháp kỹ thuật, thiết kế sơ bộ, lựa chọn thiết bị phù hợp, phối hợp làm báo giá, thuyết minh kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ bán hàng các dự án liên quan đến hệ thống chiếu sáng kiến trúc, chiếu sáng công trình, và hệ thống điện nhẹ (ELV) như Fire Alarm, Audio Visual, PA, Access Control, BMS, LAN...1. Xây dựng giải pháp kỹ thuật: • Phân tích yêu cầu dự án, bản vẽ kiến trúc, MEP để đề xuất giải pháp chiếu sáng và điện nhẹ phù hợp. • Tính toán tải, mô phỏng ánh sáng (Dialux, Relux...), mô phỏng âm học, lựa chọn thiết bị phù hợp, tương thích. • Thiết kế sơ đồ nguyên lý, bố trí thiết bị và tuyến dây sơ bộ.2. Lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật và báo giá: • Soạn thảo bản vẽ kỹ thuật, thuyết minh giải pháp, catalog thiết bị. • Lập danh mục vật tư, phối hợp với bộ phận dự toán để lên báo giá. • Hỗ trợ lập hồ sơ dự thầu, trình bày giải pháp với khách hàng.3. Phối hợp kỹ thuật và bán hàng: • Làm việc chặt chẽ với bộ phận Kinh doanh để tư vấn kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ trước – trong – sau bán hàng. • Tham gia khảo sát hiện trạng, tư vấn tại công trình khi cần thiết. • Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để cập nhật thông tin sản phẩm mới.4. Hỗ trợ triển khai dự án: • Hỗ trợ bộ phận thi công/bảo trì trong giai đoạn triển khai nếu cần: làm rõ hồ sơ, điều chỉnh bản vẽ, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật. • Kiểm tra tính khả thi của giải pháp trong thực tế và điều chỉnh khi cần thiết.
