Role PurposeThis role is responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive Brand.com, including brand presence, sale,s and user acquisition. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building plans as they are executing daily operations and optimizing performance.Key Responsibilities1. Brand presence and sales:• Develop Brand.com annual and quarterly business plans (sales forecast, traffic acquisition strategy, promotional calendar) in partnership with the corporate team.• Lead agency to drive media plans to support traffic, conversion, and sales targets, with clear KPIs for each campaign.• Define audience segmentation, customer journeys, and channel mix strategies across Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliate to convert into traffic.• Analyze trends in consumer behavior and competitors to recommend optimizations and innovations.• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Content, Design, IT, logistics, Accounting and customer service for smooth operation and business goals.2. Operation:• Execute paid media campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, Affiliate networks, etc.) in collaboration with agencies or internal teams.• In charge of brand communication materials (thumbnail/ banner/video design, website content, etc) to be aligned with brand guidelines.• Ensure day-to-day operations of Brand.com, including campaign uploads, product listing, pricing update, promotional setup, inventory checks, sales, order status, and user journey.• Monitor real-time performance, identifying issues (e.g., traffic drop, conversion issues) and reacting quickly with solutions.3. Reporting:• Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on Brand.com performance and media campaign results.• Deliver actionable insights with a clear focus on traffic, sales conversion, ROAS, and retention metrics.
