Work with clients to gather and clarify business requirements; create SRS, use cases, user stories, product backlog. Create mockups, data flows, and documentation to support development. Coordinate with the team to clarify user stories, provide business context, and ensure feature alignment. Review and support QA with test cases, UAT, and demo sessions. Perform end◦ to◦ end testing and verify acceptance criteria. Support data verification, root cause analysis, and production issues. ◦ Collaborate with PL/Tech Lead on estimation and sprint planning. Provide ongoing PROD support and maintain documentation.
