Thực hiện thiết kế, phát triển các hệ thống phần mềm, ứng dụng tài chính, ngân hàng; đảm bảo sản phẩm hoạt động ổn định, an toàn và đáp ứng yêu cầu nghiệp vụ. Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, tham gia thiết kế và phát triển phần mềm, ứng dụng theo phân công. Thực hiện lập trình các hệ thống, ứng dụng web, ứng dụng di động hoặc phần mềm nội bộ bằng các ngôn ngữ, nền tảng phù hợp (Front-end, Back-end, Mobile, Flutter, Java...). Xây dựng, tích hợp và sử dụng các API, cơ sở dữ liệu phục vụ hoạt động của hệ thống. Kiểm thử, sửa lỗi, tối ưu hiệu năng và bảo mật cho phần mềm. Bảo trì, nâng cấp và cải tiến hệ thống theo yêu cầu trong quá trình vận hành. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai, vận hành và hỗ trợ người dùng. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.

1.Thực hiện bán hàng sản phẩm Ngân hàng giao dịch (NHGD) Lên kế hoạch tiếp xúc/phát triển khách hàng mục tiêu hàng năm, thực hiện bán sản phẩm NHGD và bán chéo các sản phẩm/dịch vụ KHDN cho khách hàng mục tiêu. Tiếp thị, bán hàng và duy trì, phát triển mối quan hệ với đối tác và nhóm khách hàng liên quan của đối tác trong mô hình hệ sinh thái để tối đa hóa lợi nhuận mang lại cho ACB. Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện kế hoạch bán hàng của các Chuyên viên/Nhân viên bán hàng và của Kênh phân phối, xác định nguyên nhân và đề xuất các biện pháp khắc phục, giải pháp cải tiến nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để phát triển sản phẩm nhằm hoàn thành kế hoạch. Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu quả bán hàng sản phẩm NHGD, đề xuất giải phápvà từ đó xây dựng và tổ chức các hoạt động hỗ trợ, duy trì và chăm sóc khách hàng. Xây dựng các loại sổ tay kỹ năng bán hàng, các giáo trình đào tạo kỹ năng bán hàng cho các đơn vị trong hệ thống. Phối hợp với nhóm triển khai bán hàng với kênh phân phối để triển khai các SP/DV của NHGD đến các khách hàng liên quan trong hệ sinh thái của Đối tác. 2. Hỗ trợ xây dựng, phát triển các sản phẩm và giải pháp NHGD Hỗ trợ xây dựng, phát triển, cải tiến, thiết kế và hướng dẫn giải pháp phù hợp các sản phẩm dịch vụ NHGD Quản lý quy trình phối hợp bán hàng, các tài liệu bán hàng, chính sách bán hàng và giá phí đối với các sản phẩm dịch vụ của NHGD3. Tổ chức hỗ trợ kênh phân phối trong việc triển khai sản phẩm NHGD Triển khai, hướng dẫn và giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng/Kênh phân phối khi vận hành sản phẩm và đề xuất các giải pháp thực hiện. Đào tạo kỹ năng bán hàng đối với các sản phẩm của NHGD cho các chức năng kinh doanh tại Kênh phân phối và hướng dẫn Kênh phân phối triển khai bán hàng. Hỗ trợ kênh phân phối/ trực tiếphướng dẫn khách hàng cài đặt, sử dụng các giải pháp tích hợp các kênh giao dịch của NHGD trên nền tảng công nghệ

Hoạt động vận hành: rủi ro gián đoạn trong quá trình triển khai và chuyển đổi nền tảng mới. Thực hiện Risk Assessment cho từng giai đoạn triển khai, đánh giá xác suất và mức độ ảnh hưởng của các rủi ro. Xây dựng Risk Register để theo dõi, cập nhật và báo cáo liên tục các rủi ro trong quá trình triển khai dự án. 2. Lập kế hoạch giảm thiểu rủi ro: Xây dựng Risk Mitigation Plan chi tiết, bao gồm: Kế hoạch kiểm soát rủi ro về dữ liệu (Data Loss Prevention - DLP). Phương án xử lý sự cố công nghệ (Incident Response Plan). Kế hoạch đảm bảo tính liên tục của hệ thống (Business Continuity Plan - BCP). Đề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa rủi ro như: Kiểm tra bảo mật (Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning). Giám sát API và tích hợp (Real-time API Monitoring). Kiểm soát phân quyền truy cập (Role-based Access Control - RBAC). Đảm bảo các phương án giảm thiểu rủi ro tuân thủ các chính sách và khung quản trị rủi ro của ACB. 3. Giám sát và kiểm soát rủi ro: Phối hợp cùng đội DevOps và Security để giám sát rủi ro về vận hành và bảo mật trong thời gian thực (Real-time Monitoring). Thực hiện các cuộc Risk Review định kỳ, đánh giá lại tình trạng rủi ro và tính hiệu quả của các biện pháp kiểm soát. Tham gia các buổi kiểm thử quan trọng (Load test, Stress test, UAT…) để đánh giá khả năng chịu tải và phục hồi của hệ thống. Xây dựng và giám sát các Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) liên quan đến: Downtime của hệ thống. Thất thoát dữ liệu khách hàng. Tốc độ xử lý sự cố. 4. Tư vấn và đào tạo về quản trị rủi ro: Tư vấn cho đội ngũ quản lý dự án và các nhóm triển khai về cách thức lồng ghép quản trị rủi ro vào từng giai đoạn của dự án. Tổ chức các buổi đào tạo nội bộ Nhận diện rủi ro công nghệ và vận hành. Quản trị rủi ro dữ liệu trong môi trường Digital Engagement Platform. Ứng phó với sự cố và phục hồi hệ thống (Disaster Recovery). 5. Báo cáo và truyền thông rủi ro: Xây dựng các báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình rủi ro dự án cho Ban Giám Đốc và các bên liên quan. Truyền thông rõ ràng về các rủi ro quan trọng và các hành động cần thực hiện để giảm thiểu tác động. Tham gia các buổi họp đánh giá (Post-mortem review) sau mỗi giai đoạn triển khai hoặc sau sự cố để rút kinh nghiệm và tối ưu hóa quy trình.
