1.Thực hiện bán hàng sản phẩm Ngân hàng giao dịch (NHGD) Lên kế hoạch tiếp xúc/phát triển khách hàng mục tiêu hàng năm, thực hiện bán sản phẩm NHGD và bán chéo các sản phẩm/dịch vụ KHDN cho khách hàng mục tiêu. Tiếp thị, bán hàng và duy trì, phát triển mối quan hệ với đối tác và nhóm khách hàng liên quan của đối tác trong mô hình hệ sinh thái để tối đa hóa lợi nhuận mang lại cho ACB. Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện kế hoạch bán hàng của các Chuyên viên/Nhân viên bán hàng và của Kênh phân phối, xác định nguyên nhân và đề xuất các biện pháp khắc phục, giải pháp cải tiến nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để phát triển sản phẩm nhằm hoàn thành kế hoạch. Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu quả bán hàng sản phẩm NHGD, đề xuất giải phápvà từ đó xây dựng và tổ chức các hoạt động hỗ trợ, duy trì và chăm sóc khách hàng. Xây dựng các loại sổ tay kỹ năng bán hàng, các giáo trình đào tạo kỹ năng bán hàng cho các đơn vị trong hệ thống. Phối hợp với nhóm triển khai bán hàng với kênh phân phối để triển khai các SP/DV của NHGD đến các khách hàng liên quan trong hệ sinh thái của Đối tác. 2. Hỗ trợ xây dựng, phát triển các sản phẩm và giải pháp NHGD Hỗ trợ xây dựng, phát triển, cải tiến, thiết kế và hướng dẫn giải pháp phù hợp các sản phẩm dịch vụ NHGD Quản lý quy trình phối hợp bán hàng, các tài liệu bán hàng, chính sách bán hàng và giá phí đối với các sản phẩm dịch vụ của NHGD3. Tổ chức hỗ trợ kênh phân phối trong việc triển khai sản phẩm NHGD Triển khai, hướng dẫn và giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng/Kênh phân phối khi vận hành sản phẩm và đề xuất các giải pháp thực hiện. Đào tạo kỹ năng bán hàng đối với các sản phẩm của NHGD cho các chức năng kinh doanh tại Kênh phân phối và hướng dẫn Kênh phân phối triển khai bán hàng. Hỗ trợ kênh phân phối/ trực tiếphướng dẫn khách hàng cài đặt, sử dụng các giải pháp tích hợp các kênh giao dịch của NHGD trên nền tảng công nghệ
