PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Color Specialist is responsible for the smooth running of colors issues on the material-supply by improving First Time Through and ensure the high quality delivery.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Trách nhiệm công việc1. Card Operations and Operations Process (40%) Manage card operations activities by planning and scheduling activities and workload, coordinating with related departments to ensure that operations schedules are meet. Handle and manage Credit card daily activities including issuing, delivery, settlement and chargeback Interface with other department, customer services vendor to resolve customer service issues, follow up the resolution of problem to ensure timely response and customer service. Budget planning for card stock and delivery, monthly monitor payment to vendor/partners Participate in the review and recommend of change of card operations system and procedure, 2. Card Vendor Management (20%) Work closely with card embossing and delivery vendor and monitor daily card issuing and delivery activities to ensure card issue and delivery to customers Manage the service qualify and recommend for service improvement Compare services and propose necessity services to apply for credit card 3. Card Product Policy (30%) Establish and update Credit Card Policy, Work closely with Risk, Legal/Compliance division and other departments to ensure the product policy is complied with all Company standard and SBV’s regulations Manage and update Credit Card Terms and Conditions 4. Other ad-hoc tasks and reports (10%) Participate in the project task forces for product and system development. Other tasks as assigned by Head of department/head of division Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Knowledge - Strong legal sense. Credit Card product policy, Card operations process, Customer services SBV’s card regulations, Visa/Mastercard’s regulations Knowledge associate with operation technology, including CMS, LOS, other tools to support issuing and delivery, statement and payment 4. 1. : • Quản lý chung và điều hành mọi hoạt động có liên quan đến lĩnh vực tài chính kế toán. • Tổ chức cải tiến, hoàn thiện chế độ hạch toán kế toán theo quy định của Luật kế toán mới nhất. • Lập kế hoạch tài chính, triển khai và theo dõi các hoạt động tài chính, kiểm soát ngân quỹ. • Tiến hành phân tích tình hình tài chính của Doanh nghiệp. • Xem xét, đánh giá, kiểm tra và phân tích dự báo hoạt động tài chính kế toán của các bộ phận, các hợp đồng. • Đảm bảo rằng các loại tài sản của Doanh nghiệp được kiểm soát và sử dụng một cách hợp lý và sinh lợi. • Quản lý, đào tạo, phân công công việc cho các kế toán viên để đảm bảo bộ máy kế toán hoạt động có hiệu quả. • Phân tích và trình bày báo cáo tài chính hoặc báo cáo tình hình sản xuất, kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp theo từng thời điểm của doanh nghiệp. • Xây dựng các quy định về quản lý tài chính trong công ty. • Lập kế hoạch ngân sách và phương án sử dụng nguồn vốn hiệu quả. • Thẩm định tính hiệu quả về mặt tài chính đối với các hợp đồng kinh tế các khoản chi phí lớn và tham mưu cho BGĐ ra quyết định. • Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế và thực hiện quyết toán thuế với cơ quan thuế, hoàn thuế. Làm việc với các cơ quan thuế hoặc các cơ quan hữu quan khi đến làm việc với doanh nghiệp. • Lập kế hoạch và đảm bảo kế hoạch tài chính: trả nợ vay, mua hàng, thanh toán, trả lương, chi phí khác… • Lập phương án kinh doanh giải trình ngân hàng khi có yêu cầu. • Tổng hợp, phân tích số liệu kết quả kinh doanh giúp ban giám đốc lựa chọn phương án tối ưu. • Nghiên cứu tham mưu cho ban giám đốc để cải tiến phương pháp hạch toán và chế độ báo cáo. • Thống kê và tổng hợp, theo dõi số liệu kế toán khi có yêu cầu hoặc đưa ra các đề xuất nhằm quản lý chi phí. • Kiểm soát các giao dịch ngân hàng, nhà cung cấp… • Kiện toàn hệ thống sổ sách, cải tiến những điểm bất hợp lý trong công việc của bộ phận kế toán. • Các nhiệm vụ khác do BGĐ phân công.
