We are seeking for the Business Consultant professional who demonstrates:• Use deep understanding and experience to complete tasks related to shipping lines. • Work independently on assignments with general direction for new or unfamiliar tasks.• May support and guide junior team members.JOB DESCRIPTION • Work with clients to understand, clarify, and confirm business requirements. Provide advice or recommendations when needed. • Collaborate closely with CLV Developers and CLT Business Consultants on system development projects. • Perform regular testing to ensure the system supports business operations correctly. • Train Service Desk staff and Developers on actual business workflows and processes. • Join client meetings to collect and confirm requirements, align timelines, and review related documentation. • Support clients who are using the company’s services and provide solutions for any issues. • Use maritime business knowledge to guide development teams in improving system logic to meet the needs of shipping lines. • Participate in analysis, reporting, training, and other assigned tasks or projects. • Carry out additional duties as required by the project.

Nhiệm vụ 1: Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu, dụng cụ pha chế

- Nhận và kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên liệu: cà phê, hoa quả,...

- Đảm bảo số lượng nguyên liệu đủ để phục vụ cho khách hàng trong ca làm việc.

- Lau sạch các vật dụng phục vụ cho việc pha chế và đảm bảo khu vực quầy bar phải sạch sẽ.

- Kiểm tra và đảm bảo các thiết bị chuyên dụng hoạt động tốt.

- Gọt hoa quả, cắt tỉa đồ trang trí, chuẩn bị các loại nước ép.

Nhiệm vụ 2: Pha chế thức uống theo yêu cầu của khách hàng

- Tiếp nhận thông tin order từ nhân viên phục vụ và tiến hành pha chế theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.

- Đảm bảo thức uống được pha chế theo đúng công thức, định lượng chuẩn của loại thức uống đó hoặc theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.

- Kiểm tra lại thức uống trước khi phục vụ khách.

Nhiệm vụ 3: Bảo quản nguyên liệu, dụng cụ

- Đảm bảo các nguyên liệu pha chế được bảo quản đúng nhiệt độ, môi trường phù hợp.

- Vệ sinh sạch sẽ các vật dụng dùng để pha chế vào cuối ca làm việc và bảo quản vị trí thích hợp.

- Khi phát hiện sứt mẻ, hư hỏng phải báo cáo ngay với Bar trưởng để giải quyết.
