- Đối chiếu số liệu thực tế và phần mềm định kỳ; phối hợp kiểm kê kho.

- Đăng ký lao động, báo tăng giảm, lập và nộp BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
- Tính và lập bảng lương, thưởng, phụ cấp hàng tháng.
- Lập ủy nhiệm chi, lệnh chuyển khoản, theo dõi dòng tiền ra – vào.
- Lên kế hoạch thanh toán nhà cung cấp (thứ 6 hàng tuần).
- Chuẩn bị dữ liệu thuế GTGT, TNDN, TNCN hàng tháng.
- Đối chiếu công nợ khách hàng – nhà cung cấp định kỳ.

o Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ, hợp pháp của hóa đơn trước khi thanh toán.
o Liên hệ nhà xe để tổng hợp chi phí từng đơn hàng, xin hóa đơn chi hộ.
o Phối hợp với nhân viên chứng từ thu thập, lưu trữ các hóa đơn chi hộ khác (kiểm dịch, CFS, Local charge…) để gắn với từng lô hàng.
o Lập hóa đơn dựa trên Debit Note.

- Theo dõi, quản lý vật tư thi công (VTTC) tại các dự án được phân công.
- Trình duyệt đề nghị cấp vật tư từ các đội công trình, tìm kiếm các đối tác thuê/mua vật tư thi công, đề nghị báo giá, so sánh báo giá, thương thảo và trình duyệt hợp đồng.
- Quản lý các hợp đồng mua/bán, thanh quyết toán giá trị thuê và cho thuê VTTC của công ty với các đối tác/thầu phụ, làm chứng từ kế toán, đối chiếu công nợ, báo cáo công nợ khách hàng tại các dự án theo đúng hồ sơ biểu mẫu quy định của công ty.
- Bóc tách khối lượng theo biện pháp thi công, lập kế hoạch luân chuyển, sử dụng VTTC đang có và kế hoạch sản xuất mới, qua đó lên dự trù kế hoạch tài chính theo tuần/tháng tại các dự án.
- Hạch toán và tổng hợp chi phí giá vốn, chi phí khấu hao, phân bổ VTTC của công ty tại các dự án.
