In doing this, we fortify the strengths of technology and human resources.ABOUT THE JOB:❖ Job level: 2 ❖ Job Description: The successful candidate will primarily utilize the Salesforce platform to manage and drive sales activities, as follows:1. Client Acquisition:● Identify, engage, and onboard new clients seeking pre-incorporation & post-incorporation services.● Consult and answer customer inquiries via phone/ website/ email and OTT apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Skype, Line, etc.), video call, in-person meeting● Resolve any issues arising from customers/forwarders/ third parties related to order processing.● Request documents, process contracts, and notify promotions (if any) to customers. 2. Relationship Management: ● Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. ● Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations3. Needs Analysis:● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.● Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate services tailored to each client’s specific requirements.4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients highlighting the benefits and features of our services.5. Sales targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.6. Collaboration: Coordinate processing and operations departments in the sales consulting process7. Planning & Reporting:● Perform data entry, processing, monitoring and reporting on the Salesforce system.● Make weekly sales reports and the number of tickets● Plan and request sales by week, month, and quarter.8. Perform other tasks as required by the Sale Manager
