The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of assigned products, including achieving sales targets, market share growth, and strategic hospital access. This role requires a dynamic professional who can lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market entry to revenue generation. The Product Manager must have in-depth expertise in hospital listing, bidding processes, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure product success in the market.After obtaining the CEPB (Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business), the Product Manager will lead and manage the Sales Representatives to provide product information to the Hospital, actively drive product promotion, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence(1) Product Strategy and Planning• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and plans to meet sales and revenue targets.• Provide input on branding and strategic marketing plans for all commercial assets, identifying options and new business opportunities.• Execute and implement approved marketing plans according to schedule, budget limits, and quality standards.(2) Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.• Examine competitor landscapes for technical content and communicate relevant data to the sales force.• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and customer insights through direct customer contact and various data sources.(3) Hospital Listing and Tender Management• Manage the entire process of hospital listing for assigned products, ensuring timely and successful inclusion.• Lead and oversee hospital-specific bidding processes, including tender submissions, pricing strategies, and compliance with regulations.• Prepare detailed reports on hospital listing progress, bidding outcomes, and KOL activities.(4) Key Account and Stakeholder Relationship Management• Collaborate with teams in developing competitive strategies for public and private hospital procurement.• Develop hospital engagement strategies, and market positioning.• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.• Identify, engage, and collaborate with KOLs to drive product advocacy and support marketing initiatives•Organize and participate in conferences, workshops, and sessions to strengthen KOL networks.• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, key customers, associations, and groups essential to the business.(5) Performance Measurement and Reporting• Track and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights.• Prepare and present monthly reports on product performance for end-of-month management reviews.• Report key issues to the Director, including market trends, sales and profit developments, product launches, and supply or quality concerns.(6) Pricing and Market Access• Provide input on pricing recommendations and market access strategies to drive profit and achieve sales targets.• Ensure the sales forecasting system is updated monthly to maintain optimal stock levels without excess inventory.(7) Collaboration and Communication• Serve as the key liaison between teams to ensure alignment on product goals.• Collaborate with the Director in planning and executing symposia, meetings, and exhibitions.• Interface with customers seeking advice on Celltrion products or any other related matters
