Nhận task được phân công từ leader, thực hiện Unit Test, API Test, IT Test, Scenario Test, Auto Test... Đây là một dự án lớn vì vậy sẽ là một công việc có tính chất ổn định lâu dài 3. POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the operation of the SPA and ensuring that it achieves the highest levels of guest & employee satisfaction and financial return.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Establish and maintain efficiency to ensure that team members' performance is effectively managed.

-Monitor SPA and Recreation personnel to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt and courteous service.

I. Lĩnh vực NLP, LLM Mục tiêu: Ứng dụng LLM để xây dựng các hệ thống Chatbot, AI Agent có khả năng hiểu ngôn ngữ tự nhiên, trả lời câu hỏi và hỗ trợ tự động hoá nghiệp vụ, thông qua việc kết nối và khai thác dữ liệu cũng như các hệ thống nội bộ của tổ chức. Huấn luyện và tối ưu các mô hình NLP phục vụ các bài toán xử lý văn bản như phân loại, trích xuất thông tin, phân tích nội dung, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả khai thác dữ liệu và chất lượng vận hành hệ thống AI trong thực tế. Nhiệm vụ chính: Nghiên cứu, thiết kế, fine-tune và triển khai các mô hình NLP (text classification, information extraction, summarization, translation, speech processing …) Nghiên cứu triển khai và tối ưu các mô hình LLM phục vụ Chatbot, trợ lý ảo, hệ thống hỏi đáp; AI Agent điều phối tác vụ, kết nối với các hệ thống nghiệp vụ và trả lời câu hỏi người dùng theo thời gian thực. Xây dựng pipeline huấn luyện/fine-tuning (QLoRA, RAG, PEFT…) và triển khai mô hình trên hạ tầng Cloud/On-Premises. Giám sát hiệu năng mô hình (hallucination, drift, bias, latency, throughput) và đưa ra giải pháp tối ưu. Tham gia nghiên cứu khoa học, công bố bài báo tại các hội nghị/tạp chí uy tín về NLP/LLM (ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICLR…). Tham gia cùng tổ chức trong các cuộc thi, chứng chỉ và bảng xếp hạng uy tín về NLP/LLM trên thế giới. Liên tục cập nhật xu hướng mới nhất trong lĩnh vực NLP/LLM (RAG, Multi-Agent, Alignment, Guardrails, Evaluation frameworks) để áp dụng vào tổ chức. II. Lĩnh vực Data Science Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu, triển khai các dự án phân tích dữ liệu quy mô lớn trong lĩnh vực bưu chính, logistics, tài chính… phục vụ hoạt động sản xuất – kinh doanh. Tối ưu mô hình dữ liệu, khai thác AI/ML để nâng cao năng lực phân tích, dự báo và tự động hóa quy trình. Nhiệm vụ chính: Xây dựng pipeline dữ liệu từ thu thập, xử lý, phân tích đến triển khai mô hình trên môi trường production. Phát triển mô hình học máy, trí tuệ nhân tạo thực hiện các task phân tích, dự báo, dự đoán… Giám sát, đánh giá hiệu quả mô hình (model performance, drift, bias) và đưa ra giải pháp tối ưu/huấn luyện lại. Phối hợp với các phòng ban nghiệp vụ để hiểu nhu cầu, chuyển hóa thành các giải pháp AI và triển khai. Tham gia nghiên cứu khoa học, viết và công bố các bài báo tại hội nghị/tạp chí uy tín trong lĩnh vực AI. Tham gia cùng tổ chức trong việc đạt các chứng chỉ, giải thưởng và xếp hạng uy tín về AI trên thế giới (VD: Kaggle Ranking, Papers With Code, Benchmark quốc tế…). Cập nhật xu hướng AI/Data Science mới để áp dụng vào tổ chức.
